Career Coaches: Jenny Zenner

Jenny Zenner is a hurdler turned helper. Running in college readied her to sprint directly at obstacles. Since then, she’s taken to coaching others to overtake their own hurdles. Her approach is built upon her training in addictions counseling and performance psychology with her Darden MBA (‘03), Master of Education in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Virginia School of Education and Human Development, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Addictions Studies from Washington State University. Her latest interest is internal family systems for her coaching approach. Embedded in the tech sector in Seattle, Jenny leverages her vast network with startups through global brands.

Her prior experience includes product management, marketing, consumer insights, and recruiting with and for companies including Expedia, Microsoft, Whole Foods, AT&T, and Precor. Zenner has led technology career coaching efforts for Darden since joining the team in 2017. As a double Hoo, she has served as the president for the UVA Club of Seattle and helped launch the Darden chapter.
