Denise Karaoli serves Darden as an MBA Career Coach and Director of International Student Careers. Denise has over 19 years of experience working with international students seeking employment opportunities in the U.S., as well as with international and domestic students seeking employment opportunities outside the U.S. Denise’s coaching expertise extends to all aspects of the job search including recruiting strategy, building target lists and contacts, networking practice, and mock behavioral interviews. Originally from Los Angeles, she has worked in the private and public sector in the U.S., and abroad with Asian, European and Middle Eastern companies in consulting, business development and marketing. Before joining Darden, Denise worked at Harvard University and at the University of Virginia in the Office of the President, directing UVA strategic planning initiatives. Denise holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England, and a B.S. in Sociology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
