Overview
Women are called on to lead in organizations and society more than ever, but they face unique challenges along the way. This program will show you how to create opportunities to leverage strengths and lead confidently at all levels.

Blend your instincts and experience with accelerating techniques from the most powerful women in business.
- Strengthen your ability to build influence and inspire others through focus on corporate culture, communication, conflict management, leveraging differences, crisis leadership and decision-making under pressure.
- Assess and address your unique challenges and opportunities through simulations, workshops, a network assessment exercise and one-on-one professional and personal coaching.
- Identify your leadership strengths and practice applying them across your current and future organizational responsibilities.

Julie Ann Crommett
Founder and CEO, Collective Moxie
Julie Ann Crommett (she/her/ella) has been working in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) space for fifteen years leading disruptive, systemic change across media and tech. As Founder and CEO of Collective Moxie, Julie Ann works with organizations and individual artists to revolutionize their DEI creative and business strategies. Most recently, in partnership with The Black List, Julie Ann spearheaded the creation of the first-ever GA List to amplify writers from and with strong affiliation to the state of Georgia.
Previously, she was Vice President of Multicultural Audience Engagement at The Walt Disney Studios and Google’s Entertainment Industry Educator in Chief.

Participant Profile
Designed for executives and professionals with management responsibilities, especially those leading teams, direct reports and product lines and verticals. Past leaders who improved their effectiveness and vision include corporate presidents and vice presidents, directors, senior HR managers and scientists, independent consultants and many more.
The Women in Leadership Program is open to all participants regardless of gender. There are no prerequisites for participation, though executives and professionals with management responsibilities are encouraged to attend. Advanced preparation includes:
- Case study readings
- Clifton Strengths Assessment & Analysis
- Reflected Best-Self Exercise
The selected case studies, assessments, and exercises will be sent prior to the program for all participants to read and prepare for discussion on the first day of the program.
