Ashley Williams
CEO and CLO, Executive Education & Lifelong Learning
An expert in transforming leaders through learning and development, Ashley came to Darden after serving as Global CLO of McKinsey Academy, the arm of McKinsey & Co. that provides digital and in-person leadership development for its clients. She led innovations in learning program design and delivery to meet global organizations’ pressing needs to develop their talent. She also counseled clients on learning and development transformations, and led the Academy team building out a suite of capability-building offerings that are powered by technology. Here at Darden, she works closely with the faculty and Executive Education team to develop innovative custom solutions for organizations, immersive learning experiences for managers and executives at all levels, and leading-edge, technology-delivered programs on Coursera and other digital platforms.
Education: MBA with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania; B.S. in Commerce, with a concentration in finance with distinction, from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce.

Anne Trumbore
Chief Digital Learning Officer, Sands Institute for Lifelong Learning
Anne leads Digital and Open Enrollment programs for the Sands Institute of Lifelong Learning and is responsible for expanding business education to new audiences of learners. Previously, Anne established and led Wharton Online, a strategic, revenue-producing, digital learning initiative of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. As an early stage employee at Coursera, NovoEd, and Stanford’s Online High School, Anne helped pioneer new forms of student-centered online education. Her work has resulted in a number of publications on online pedagogy and history, the future of higher education, and the future of work. She is currently working on a book with Princeton University Press on the history of online education.

Devin Bigoness
Chief Client Officer and Executive Director
Devin came to Darden from Cornell University where he had served in various capacities since February 2013; including Executive Director, Executive Education for the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management; Executive Director, Custom Executive Education Programs for the Cornell SC Johnson School of Business; and his most recent role of Director, Custom Live Corporate Programs. Prior to his time at Cornell, Devin was a Project Director for 5 years and a Program Manager for 4 years with Duke Corporate Education from 2005-13. Devin has successfully delivered programs with many domestic and global corporate clients throughout the years including Merck, Amazon, and Google. He has overseen business strategy and development within Executive Education and live program learning. Devin is also a Board Member for UNICON for the last four years where he serves as an advisor and thought leader for the Consortium of University Based Executive Education organization.

Lisa Cannell
Senior Managing Director, Client Solutions
Lisa explores opportunities for organizations to collaborate with Darden to address their talent and organizational needs through diagnoses of the leadership development and capability building requirements of public and private organizations. She helps build and secure EE programs and corporate partnerships (at the highest two levels) and actively connects Darden, its research, faculty and programs throughout the business community, including direct interaction with senior C-Suite executives (e.g., CHRO, CLO) in conjunction with EE and corporate partnership/relations priorities and benefits. Lisa networks with other top B school CHROs and collaborates with other parts of the Darden Enterprise, such as Advancement, the Foundation Board of Trustees, the Alumni Board, the Corporate Advisory Board, and the Global Advisory Council.

Ty Schieber
Managing Director, Client Solutions
Ty is focused on expanding and enhancing Darden Executive Education’s strong foundation in the military and government arena. He brings to the team almost 30 years of sustained engagement and impact in public service, economic development, national security, technology, and education. A 1987 graduate of the US Naval Academy, he selected service with the United States Marine Corps where he served until 1998. He has two masters degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School (MS Systems Technology & MS National Security).
Ty joined the defense and technology industry in 1998. In 2013, he founded Clarity Enterprise Solutions, LLC a small consultancy specializing in solutions engineering, business development, and marketing & communications. Prior to founding his company, he ran business operations for a range of large, mid-tier, and small companies providing cyber, engineering, and technology services for government and commercial clients. He has led two companies to acquisition and has successfully integrated several acquired companies into business operations. He was elected as the Garrisonville District Supervisor on the Stafford County Board of Supervisors from January 2012-December 2013, and also served on the Stafford County School Board from 2010-2012.

Jennifer Hicks
Managing Director, Client Solutions
As part of Darden Executive Education’s Client Solutions team, Jennifer collaborates with Darden faculty to create curricula that are cutting-edge and that position Darden in the forefront of its field. Employing expertise in the field of executive development, talent management and adult learning methodologies, Jennifer, in collaboration with the business development and program design team, develops and delivers programs that meet client objectives and business requirements. She has significant experience collaborating with client, partners, faculty, Business Development Directors and EE leadership to ensure all aspects of program delivery are planned and executed. She has spent 20+ years in various roles within executive education, all of which have been at Darden.

Christina Jaracz
Managing Director, Client Solutions
As part of Darden Executive Education’s Client Solutions team, Christina is responsible for designing and implementing customized educational experiences that address the unique challenges faced by global organizations and their leaders at all levels. Prior to joining Darden, she was the Assistant Dean of Corporate and Executive Learning at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston, where she also served as an advisor on the Dean’s Council. Over her 12-year tenure at Northeastern University, she led the business development activities, and was promoted to lead the Practice, promote the value proposition of the experiential programs, manage and mentor the innovative staff, and engage the program faculty. Christina has also held roles in public and media relations, managing communications for various units within Marriott International, Sodexho Corporation, and Staples Inc.

Michael Sheerin
Senior Director, Client Solutions
Mike is a Senior Director of Business Development for the Client Solutions team, focusing on Government and Military. Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in History from the U.S. Naval Academy and has completed graduate courses in Accounting and Organizational Theory and Design from Florida Institute of Technology. Mike is a decorated U.S. Marine Corps Officer and aviator and began his uniformed service career as an enlisted sailor in the U.S. Navy. Through his time in the Marine Corps, he provided executive level leadership overseeing service-level personnel management, budgeting and planning, and program acquisitions. Mike joins us after serving in progressive leadership and responsibility roles in Defense and Aerospace for over fifteen years.

Before joining Darden, Patti was the Learning Partner, Leadership Academy & Blue University at Health Care Services Corporation, the parent company of Blue Cross Blue Shield. Before that, Patti spent over 11 years in progressive roles within Executive Education in her career at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas, from Program Coordinator up to Director, Strategic Client Engagement.

David Kutas

David brings 10+ years of executive education and leadership development experience to Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning. With deep experience in effective discovery strategies, diverse project management techniques, competency-based leadership development, and instructional design, David channels client learning and development objectives into high-quality engagement and preparation with our faculty, logistics, and executive teams. David joins EELL from the University of Virginia Partnership for Leaders in Education where he guided strategy and served public, K-12 school districts on their strategic and tactical action planning towards addressing large-frame organizational efficiencies that prevent student learning in priority schools.

Rhiana Quick

Rhiana joins the Client Solutions team from our Operations team where she has worked as a senior program manager since 2021 playing an integral role in the design and delivery of a portfolio of custom and open enrollment executive education programs. With over ten years of experience in educational programming and learning and development in the higher education, association and non-profit sectors, Rhiana brings a creative and collaborative approach to program design and delivery. Allison Sellman
Director, The Executive Program (TEP)
Allison serves as the Director of Darden’s advanced management program, The Executive Program. In this role, she partners with organizations to identify business goals and send top leadership talent to participate in Darden’s flagship program. Prior to joining Darden’s Executive Education team, Allison spent nearly 15 years leading marketing and sales teams in the education industry. She has varied and extensive experience collaborating with senior and executive leadership on business strategy, marketing, sales, project management, digital transformation, IT, data analysis, and recruitment/development. As the daughter and granddaughter of four educators, Allison is passionate about lifelong learning and eager to help individuals and organizations develop and meet the demands of their business.
