Career Consultant, Executive Coach

Pete Costa is an ICF-accredited executive coach and organizational consultant who helps individuals and their teams more effectively utilize their skills and experiences. As a leader and general manager with over 30 years of global experience, he understands the challenges of driving long-term objectives while also meeting near-term commitments. Pete founded Capman in 2019 so he could focus full-time on using his skill and passion to help executives achieve their personal and organizational goals. He has worked in over 36 countries, with direct P&L responsibility in 30 of them. Today, Pete offers a targeted set of programs and services including individual and organizational assessment and alignment, executive coaching, post-merger/acquisition integration and leadership team development.

Prior to founding Capman, Pete served as president of operations at Jensen Hughes, VP and general manager at Honeywell International. He also held roles at GE Consumer Finance, CT Microwarehouse and McKinsey and Co. Pete served 7 years in the United States Navy. He received his MBA from Darden in 1999 and a BS in industrial economics from Union College in 1990.
