    This program is designed for corporate aviation function executives, managers and site managers who are facing a changing environment and need to enhance their skills in anticipating, planning, organizing and leading change efforts and initiatives.

    In order to be awarded full credit hours, you must be present for the entirety of the program.

Earn Your Certificates

Developing Leadership Capability in the Corporate Aviation Function counts as one program toward a noncredit Certificate in Corporate Aviation Management. Complete this program and the two additional required programs to earn your certificate.

Completion of the program also provides a way for participants to earn initial or recertification Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) credit.

Completion of the Certificate in Corporate Aviation Management also counts as three programs toward Darden's noncredit, four-program Certificate in Leadership & Management.
