Venture Capital Initiative - Careers

Students seeking opportunities for internships and full-time post-graduation opportunities in venture capital receive hands-on support through the Darden Career Center.

Paul Reeder, Darden Career Center senior director of careers in finance, is the central resource for students focused on recruiting with venture capital firms over their two-year Darden experience. Through regular meetings, resume reviews, informational panels and numerous networking events, the Career Center helps students hone their recruiting skills and leverage support from the full Darden VC ecosystem.

The Venture Capital Initiative and Darden as a whole work to ensure students never lose sight of their goals, whether they are immediate or long-term aspirations to work in venture capital.
