Vision

Our vision is to establish Darden as the premier business school for interdisciplinary behavioral research that advances the application of behavioral science to business and society.

Leadership

The BRAD Lab is led by an academic director whose role is both to stimulate interest in behavioral research from faculty, doctoral students, and staff and to facilitate the execution and promotion of such work in collaboration with postdoctoral fellows and dedicated research associates. Learn more about our team.
