Associate Director, Diversity Recruitment

Marc Paulo (he/him/his) is the Associate Director, Diversity Recruitment. He oversees diversity pipelines for the full-time residential program. In his role, he collaborates across the enterprise in organizing recruitment events focused on diverse populations, including underrepresented ethnic minorities and LGBTQ. Prior to Darden, Marc Paulo worked in Multicultural Student Services at the University of Virginia for 6 years. He is originally from the New York City area and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Delaware.You might also catch him on the UVA football field as Marc Paulo moonlights as the color guard instructor of the University of Virginia Cavalier Marching Band.
